RETURNS

FREE returns are only accepted for items which are damaged or faulty.
If you wish to make a return due to wrong size, or unwanted a shipping cost charge will be applied.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for returns as this covers you for any items lost in the post.

As a small company, we do not offer free returns.

EXCHANGES

Goods can be exchanged up to 14 days after purchase.

We do not offer free exchanges, any exchange will require postage payment to be made.

Please obtain proof of posting for returns as this covers you for any items lost in the post.
Once the goods have been received back in our warehouse we will contact you and ask you to pay a £3.95 P&P charge for the cost of re-packaging and posting your new item.
